What’s Included
Consisting of seven sessions over three months, this invite-only master class is the first iteration of a potential offering each fall and spring. It’s designed for friends and colleagues of clients who are interested in the Novus Global approach and Jennifer’s work with C-Suite leaders and their teams. You’ll learn the language, cadence, and concepts that help our clients change their worlds.
Insight
Learn about the key insights that clients report being most resourceful in moving toward their visions.
Six content sessions will cover the things that most frequently get in our way and will offer solutions derived from the Novus Global core values of growth, ownership, love, integrity, vision, and energy, as well as an introduction to the tools clients continue to use with themselves and their teams after coaching is concluded.
Action
Take action by applying the insights shared at each session through trying out the tools in real time.
Work through a limiting belief to replace it. Expand your vision for yourself and your team in a grounded approach. Learn a new way to give and receive feedback that honors dignity and brings clarity.
You’ll have the opportunity to leave each session with commitments to go deeper and to use the tools in your business or with your teams.
spotlight coaching
Unlike individual coaching or group coaching, not everyone will receive coaching during each of the six content sessions. But if ready to jump in, you’ll have the chance to be coached and play with the tools presented in real time.
Note that the master class is designed as an introduction to coaching. If you have a specific vision or stretch goal you want to realize, individual or group coaching is a better fit. Why? Because being a learner and taking in new approaches is different from exploring what you’re capable of and how you’re getting in your own way.
master class logistics
fully remote
All sessions will be held on Zoom to enable more flexibility and to make the group accessible from multiple time zones.
Fixed time
Meetings will be 2 hours bi-weekly. If you need to miss a session, you will receive the recording. Please plan to not miss more than one session. The day and time will be determined after the group is determined but will likely be during or just after work hours (ET).
introductory price
This introduction to coaching comes at an introductory rate of $1200 total per person for seven sessions. Comparatively group coaching is $2000 for three months. Half of the total will be paid up front, and half will be due at the mid-point.
