COACHING LEADERS.

TRANSFORMING TEAMS.

Most people think coaching is about improving leadership. I became a coach because I know true transformation begins with self-leadership. Leaders who govern themselves create stronger cultures, inspire greater performance, and drive extraordinary results.

I'm an Associate Partner and executive coach at Novus Global, where we lead coaching engagements for executive leaders and their teams, as well as professional athletes, leaders in entertainment, and impactful leaders from every industry.

With more than a decade of coaching experience, I joined Novus Global in 2022, and my clients include leaders at Fortune 10 companies, globally recognized financial institutions, venture-backed businesses, and some of the world's most influential organizations.

I’ve been privileged to coach and train teams at Amazon, advise leaders transitioning between elite firms such as BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, work with clients such as IBM, J.P. Morgan, Deloitte, and currently work with executives leading Goldman Sachs-backed ventures. My international experience also includes coaching leaders within one of Japan's largest Fortune 10 companies, giving me expertise in leadership across cultures, markets, and industries.

My work sits at the intersection of research and results: I hold a PhD in higher education leadership, with research focused on the psychosocial factors that drive success and thriving. That background shapes how I coach, not just toward performance, but toward what's actually possible for a leader and their teams.

When Novus Global coaches teams, we don't just coach individuals — we look for unified alignment. What would thrill both the leader and the organization? That question is where transformation begins.

One CEO I worked with came in frustrated — his team couldn't see where they were going and everyone was dealing with unmet expectations. After our engagement, they were on track for 11% year-over-year revenue growth, reduced turnover, and a vision their whole organization is aligned behind.

That's the work. Meaningful, measurable, and built for leaders who are ready to stop asking "how do I get what I want?" and start asking "what am I capable of?"

If you're an executive leader exploring coaching for your team, let's talk.
